SCADA local dispecer

Local Dispatch PET COMMUNICATIONS assure operation on 110kV/MT transform stations through which power produced by wind farms Is evacuated, such as :Constanta’s county, Pantelimon area , 123 MW EWIND wind farm, Chirnogeni area, 76MW EP WIND PROJECT(ROM) SIX wind farm, Tulcea’s county, CAIERAC 6,15MW windfarm, Galati county, APOLLO 6MW windfarm, Pechea , Varlezi 6MW wind farm, SCHELA 8MW wind farm, Braila’s county, Cuza Voda 6MW wind farm, Insuratei 10MW wind farm.


The SCADA system makes it possible to remotely monitor and control existing equipment at the 110/20 kV transformer substations of the 80 MW Mihai Viteazu 1 WPS and the 76 MW Chirnogeni WPS.
The PET Local Dispatcher is approved by the National Power Distribution Authority and meets its requirements for operational wind farms.
Our highly qualified staff, certified and authorised by the National Power Distribution Authority, also ensure the contractual operation and maintenance of the above-mentioned substations, as well as the 20 kV installations between the substations and the renewable energy sources.
The SCADA local power dispatcher makes it possible to remotely monitor 5 MW – 10 MW wind or photovoltaic power stations, which must be dispatchable according to ANRE Order nos. 29, and 30, respectively, issued in May 2013.
Via its communication system, the PET Local Dispatcher offers 24-hour data transmission relating to power generation, as well as certain operations (remote shut-down/start-up of turbines, including operations imposed by regional distributors and the National Power Distribution Authority (DEN) Bucharest.
